Good morning dear Parents and Students, How are you all . I hope that you all are safe and sound.

Lets start our day with a Lord's Prayer and I wish and Prayer God's chosen blessings on each one of you.

Boys sit in a comfortable position, legs folded and close your eyes gently. Take a deep breath try to hold for few seconds and exhale. Repeat atleast for 10 to 15 times.
