Good Morning! Dear Parents and Students.

How are you doing? Hope you are doing all your work and also learning and practicing the work in day to day basis.

Now lets begin our day with The lord's prayer.

After the prayer, do some breathing exercise on heartfulness. Gently close your eyes and relax. Sit in a comfortable position and listen to this heartfulness breathing exercise.
